Entering the EON supplied activation code results in a dialogue box announcing activation failure. I am logged on as Administrator to Windows XP, but am denied access to change EOM and Max (and other) .pf files. Any advice would be appreciated. tia

If this is occurring after you installed 6.1.1 but Raptor was working previously, it is due to a new file added to your FlexLM folder called eon_raptor.dat. Normally, your license.dat file contains the code for Raptor but the latest version now adds this new file which overrides that code. Simply rename the extention of the eon_raptor file (I changed it to eon_raptor.olddat) or move/delete it from the FlexLM folder. As long as your license.dat file has a valid code, Raptor should start functioning again. If that does not correct it, I would try adding a support ticket. I had one open with this issue and you are welcome to refer to it in yours if it will help. The ID ticket is 720.

You have problem with license activation problem, steps how to activate license outlined at domyhomeworkonline page. I mean information and about any other interfering application issue cause.  Make sure you are not using different emails than the one you initially registered with.
