Hi, I am trying to figure out the stereoscopic viewing paramteres for a CAVE System. Could somebody tell me which measurement unit is used for the EyeSeparation in the ICube node field (e.g. pixel, degree, cm...)? And does that parameter automatically influence the maximum parallax in the viewport node properties?

Thanks for you help.

The EyeSeparation is in pixels and will not influence maximummparallax.

Hi!

I would like to have some material about putting my simulation at EON ICube.

I have the book, but the ICube node is not covered in it. So I don't know how to make it.

The only thing that I can do is to use one single wall of the ICube.

How can i find a tutorial covering this matter?

Thanks in advance

I assume you use a late EON version 8 or 9? Then we use Template Injection to setup the system for use with ICube. The ICube and other nodes are described in the help. SElect a node in component window and press F1. The manual also cover how to setup the nodes required for ICube: The ICube node but also the Cluster management system (RemoteSC nodes etc)

To use Template Injection  select the menu Simulation/Configuration and select Template. There's a default template included which can be modified for your system. In Simulation/Configuration you can also setup multichannels.
