I have a 3DS file containing key frames, and when I import that file into EON Studio, the "key frame" nodes can not be found anywhere. What is the proper way of importing 3DS MAX files into EON while maintaining key frames?

In order to understand the cause here, I have some follow-up questions:
- Exactly which version of Raptor are you using?
- Did you follow the Raptor help manual for how to setup aimations in 3DS MAX?

Im using 3ds max 6.0 to create the animation ex: moving box and exported it to .3ds. Then i tried to import the .3ds file into EON studio 5.5 bit the animation didnt make it tinto EON Studio as key frame.

I didnt use the raptor plug in 3ds max and i wasnt aware that that was necessary to setup animation in EON.  Is it necessary to use the plug in to port animations from max to eon? and if so, what setting is necessary to accomplish that?

 thank you

With the EON Raptor plugin for 3DS MAX you can export keyframe animations, information is available in the help file. However, 3DS MAX 6 is no longer supported, 3DS MAX 2009 is the oldest version supported. Also EON 5.5 is very old - 8.x is the latest version which I'd recommend.
