Create an Account |
In order to use the EON Reality Support site, you must first create an account.
This means picking a user name and password and entering your personal
information. When this is done, you will automatically get an evaluation
account.
If you have a valid support contract our staff will handle your application as
soon as possible, and change your account so you will have a valid maintenance
account.
If you don't currently have a valid support contract, you can still apply as a
Demo user. Do this by requesting a trial membership during the registration
process. After your trial period is over, you can continue using EON Reality Support Site by purchasing a maintenance contract.
There are 3 levels of access (Public, Demo User, and Maintenance).
1. Public - For anyone, no login required.
You get access to News, some FAQs, some downloads and some forums (read only).
2. Demo User - For approved trial users.
This temporary access level (typically 45 days) lets you ask support questions,
to access more FAQs, to download main software, to request trial licenses and to
read and write in some forums.
3. Maintenance - For paying customers and staff/partners.
This level gives full access to FAQs, Downloads, Forums, News,
Licenses, Software updates, Beta Testing and more. Customers need to pay a
yearly maintenance fee for this level.
Please do not create multiple accounts. Duplicates will be rejected.
- You can get a new password mailed to you if you select the link forget your password.
- If you have forgotten your username, please email to support@eonreality.com and
ask for it, giving your name etc.
- If your account has expired
you can still login and request more time by entering a message to staff on the Account Details page, however
it is best that you speak to your EON sales represetative first if you have one.
